Q: Can I order replacement parts for LearningAge products?

A: Yes. If any of the parts of your LearningAge purchase were missing or defective, we'd be happy to send you replacements.

 

Please send us the following information:

1. Product name and code

2. Batch Number (optional)

3. Name of part required

4. Purchase date

5. Your name, complete address, and contact details

6.If it's a manufacturing defect, we'd appreciate a photograph of the toy to help our Quality Assurance and Engineering team research the problem.
